Part 1: Student Enrollment Agreement

Fee Policy: Global Certificates will ONLY be issued upon 100% fee clearance. Entry to Advanced modules and live PMS is strictly restricted until the full course fee is paid successfully via our checkout portal.
Refunds: Due to immediate digital asset allocation, all fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Attendance & Access: The program is 24/7 self-paced via our LMS. If you drop out or fail to complete the modules within your access period, extensions are subject to management approval.
Session Rules: All weekend masterclasses are LIVE. Recording of sessions via screen-capture or external devices is strictly prohibited.
Academic Standards: A minimum score of 90% in the PMS Proficiency evaluation is required to receive the specialized global certificates.
Digital Delivery: RCG Academy operates 100% digitally. Welcome Kits, study guides, and portal credentials will be delivered to your registered email address. We do not ship physical books.

Part 2: Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property Agreement

1. Proprietary Content: All LMS curriculum, training videos, AI Prompts, medical billing cheat sheets, and RCM strategies provided are the exclusive Intellectual Property of RCG Academy.

2. Non-Disclosure: You shall not copy, share, sell, distribute, or publish any material, screenshots, or login credentials of the LMS or the Practice Management Systems (PMS) to any third party or public forum.

3. Legal Action: Any violation of this NDA will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund and may lead to legal proceedings for corporate damages.

4. Software Access: You will use the provided live PMS software strictly for educational purposes and maintain US HIPAA-compliant data handling at all times.

Digital Signature Acceptance: By executing the Clickwrap agreement and checking the "I Agree" boxes during your digital registration and payment process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and are legally bound by both the Enrollment Agreement and the Non-Disclosure Agreement outlined above.
