We use your provided information strictly for educational and operational communication. This includes sending LMS credentials, digital welcome kits, payment invoices, secure verification certificates, and updates regarding your specific RCM training cohorts.

3. Payment Processing

RCG Academy does not store or process your credit card, UPI, or bank details on our internal servers. All workshop and course fee payments are securely processed through strictly regulated, encrypted third-party payment APIs (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, Payoneer).

4. Third-Party Sharing & Confidentiality

We operate as a White-Label Agency and highly respect your privacy. RCG Academy does not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to any external marketing or data-mining companies. Your information remains strictly confidential and is only used internally for your training, certification verification portal, and placement assistance.
