Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Access & Masterclasses

All registration fees and passes purchased for the Introductory RCM Workshops, Masterclasses, or standalone LMS access are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. If you miss a live cohort session, you may access the recorded materials on your LMS or be accommodated in the next available live batch at the sole discretion of the management, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Core Fellowship & Group Enrollments

Enrollment in the RCG Academy programs involves immediate allocation of proprietary digital assets, premium live PMS software credentials (Practice Suite/Jane App), and server resources. Therefore, all fees paid towards any program (including individual and group bookings) are 100% non-refundable once the payment is processed. This applies regardless of whether the student logs into the portal, attends the classes, completes the program, or drops out midway.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

By registering for our programs and digitally signing our Clickwrap NDA during checkout, you legally agree to this strict no-refund policy. Any chargebacks or disputes filed with banks or payment gateways (such as Razorpay) will be immediately countered using this agreed-upon policy, your digital signature, and the electronic log of your course access.
