1. Digital-Only Delivery

RCG Academy provides digital educational services, software training access, and virtual workshops. We do not ship physical products, printed books, or any tangible merchandise.

2. Delivery Timeline

Upon successful payment and digital execution of the Enrollment Agreement & NDA, your purchase is delivered electronically:

LMS Portal Access: Automated secure login credentials will be emailed to your registered email address within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Digital Welcome Kit: All PDF study materials, cheat sheets, and curriculum roadmaps are instantly accessible within the LMS portal upon your first login.

3. Delivery Issues

If you have successfully completed your payment but have not received your LMS credentials within 48 hours, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it is not there, contact our support team immediately at info@rcgacademy.work or via our official WhatsApp support number.
