1. Program Enrollment & Access

By registering for the RCG Academy introductory workshops, Core Fellowship Program, or Advanced Phase 3, you are enrolling in a digital educational training service. Access to our secured LMS portal, live virtual sessions, software simulations, and digital study materials is contingent upon the successful completion of your payment.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Strict Anti-Piracy Policy: All training materials, digital guides (including the Revenue Cycle Management Fellowship Guide), mock tests, AI prompt libraries, and presentations are the exclusive intellectual property of RCG Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing of LMS login credentials, or resale of any material is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate termination from the program without any refund and potential legal action.

3. Code of Conduct

We maintain a highly professional environment. Fellows are expected to display corporate decorum during live masterclasses and within community groups. Any disruption, unprofessional behavior, or unauthorized solicitation will lead to immediate expulsion.

4. Placement Assistance Disclaimer

RCG Academy is committed to making you "Deployment-Ready." We provide comprehensive placement assistance, interview preparation, and professional reference letters. However, enrollment in our program does not guarantee employment. Securing a job is solely dependent on the fellow's skill acquisition, interview performance, and prevailing market conditions.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
